    Not been billed?!

      Not been billed?!

      Just phoned CS as we havent been billed! Been on since sept! Not one bill for broadband! Just for the sky TV!

      They said as far as it seems from their end we have been cancled since the 12th of dec!

      However as you can gather im still connected, via sky and have been since it was transfered!

      So what should i do.....

      With regards as to what can you do, what did they suggest to you on the phone about solving the problem ?

      Phone provisioning tommorrow as they were close today!
      Just scared that they will cancel it and re process the order, and i will loose access for 5 months like people have!

      Hopefully it will not come to that as you have an active service. Good luck and if I was you I would fight tooth and nail to stop then cancelling your service.

      Its been cancled since dec in their eyes though! So not sure what i should do, if it was my choice i would leave it until they said something ( free broadband!) However, its up to my dad not me!So hope it doesnt come to that.....

      I have the same problem, last time I called in Jan they said it was because my account wasn't set up properly and that was also why I couldn't get on the broadband portal and that it would fixed in a week or so. I can now get on the portal no problems, still no billing. I can't be bothered to ring them toooo much hassle, after all if it takes them a year to realize it's only going to be 60 in back payments, been active since Nov.

      And here's me being billed more than three times as much as I should be, and for two months. >.<

      I agree with Koala5, it's their problem, let them sort it out. As long as you know what you should be paying there won't be any surprises when/if the bill arrives. It's not the customer's job to chase up firms to take his money, you've already done everything you need to by bringing it to their attention.
