Hi there biglee, from your current stats i would expect a speed increase. I think you'd get 1mb, the problem you've got is attenuation, thats pretty bad. Can you try plugging it into the test socket @ your master socket and giving us new stats. also do you still have your ring wire installed? thanks!

      Welcome to the site biglee

To be honest its hard to say what speed you will get but if you would like to check here Just type 63 in the box it will give you a rough idea though its not a guarantee.

      Good luck for Wednesday

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

I use a filtered faceplate when no extension wires, so I think these are my best stats to be honest. I have tried plugging directly in to the phone socket but I get the same stat.
I used to have an attention of 60 but it seems to have got worse over time, when I reboot my router I get a snr of 20 but it goes down to 13 some days. To be honest I will be happy with anything over 512k, but I hope to get 1meg+.

hi , you have two wires only? When you say ones white and the others orange, are you saying you only have two wires going to a terminal each. So not 3 individual wires, ( any twisted together? ) Anyway, if you have ANY wire in terminal 3 pull it out, thats your ring wire. could you take a picture it could help us

also if you have ANY other sockets in your house disconnect the wire @ terminal 3, this is the ring wire as well, hopefully your stats should improve!
