Tried to e-mail sky customer services to get confirmation that I would only pay £5 after getting a bill, thats going to be £60.50 per month (excluding offers). E-mail came back, upgrading e-mail message service use (http://nmtest.bskyb.com/portal/site/skycom/kana) but of course that did not work. So phoned Sky, he did confirm that I would only pay £5 a month. But!!!! only for the next six months untill connect is on all the other exchanges, didnt see that in the agreement.

Re: £5 connect
When your excahnge is LLU'd and go move over to the Max product for example, you will then be paying £10 a month as that is the price for this product. Of course if you go over to the Mid product then that is £5 a month so you will not pay anymore that what you are at the moment. Apparently most excahnges are due to be upgraded before the end of July that is where this "six months" comes into things.
