      Order Completeish?

      That's odd.

      I called up on 15Feb to check if they'd fixed the order problem - they confirmed they could take my order. I then called back on Thursday 22nd, with the MAC code.

      I decided to take a quick look on the BT Order tracker, and it's showing:

      PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE BT IPSTREAM MAX 1 0.0 0.0

      ...all completed on the 15th February. Marked 'order complete' as well! But my AOL connection is still here and working - and no activation letters or anything.



      So what now?

      what's the URL for this BT order tracker? Do you have to be migrating from BT?

      It's at:
      BT.com | Small & medium business | Your account | Order Tracking

      Then click on 'landline orders'

      You'll need to register for BT.COM first, using the details from your bill.

      It shows any changes \ orders on your line that are requested as part of transferring your service to LLU. (Please add any other info, anyone else who is clever!)

      Another few weeks on, no activation letters.

      A handy email to Broadband Support and James Murdoch gets an answer 24 hours later that they can now accept my order. And they've no record of the one I placed back on the 15 Feb.

      Which shows on the BT system.

      *chuckles*

      I've asked them to try it again, but we'll see...
