      Good Results but no speed?

First can I say I love the place, have been reading through loads of stuff this weekend

ok well heres my problem.. from what I've read around here I'm assuming my results are good:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream

Connection Speed 8032 kbps 768 kbps
Line Attenuation 15.5 db 25.5 db
Noise Margin 7.1 db 13.0 db

With the above results shouldnt I be syncing alot higher than 8032kbps?

I've plugged the router directly near the master socket, its the older socket(no faceplate) and I'm using wireless but I've also used a cable too, I've emailed support and they said something about my exchange is at full capasity and I'm definatly on llu so why aint i syncing faster?

ps it's only been live since Thursday.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

15.5db downstream is a bug in the router you need to reboot the router to get your correct figure, it may take a few times, when mine did this had to reboot 5 times , before I saw my correct figure, downstream attenuation is usually higher than upstream which also suggests this figure is wrong.
