Re: Sky Connect for 5 per month! BE WARNED

The reason you can't seem to see your price plan in My Sky/Sky Shop is most likely becuase your online sky.com profile is corrupted. I have been reporting to Sky for over 4 months that my current viewing package listed on Sky.com is my old package and hence I couldn't access what was at the time Sky By Broadband on PC or Mobile.

They assure me they are looking into it and it is a "difficult" problem to sort out, best thing to do is report this to Customer Services who'll pass you around the houses till you speak to someone who knows what your on about!

Otherwise login to Sky Customer Services on your digibox and try and understand the monthly bills.
