I understand what your saying optic, but customers shouldn't be left to do the 'hunting' around to find it was BT's fault, perhaps an email to have said so would probably be enough, after all SKY are making millions off us, see my point?

I got our Max just before Xmas too and up until yesterday I was in the same boat as you and was actually looking at thinkbroadband.com comparing ISP's to dump my Sky when I came across this website. I spent an hour reading a few of the forum entries and followed their advice and downloaded a couple of nice bits of software and for the first time since the installation my connection is stable.

I downloaded the TGP Optimizer last night and my download speeds went up from 4447 to 13168 kbps !!!

We've all tried calling the Sky Techy guys but now theres no need as all the help you need is here ......................
