I have had Sky Broadband since October and other than a couple of issues early on that turned out being BT line problems, everything has been fine.
My question concerns sky email addresses.
I have sent numerous emails to people that have then claimed I have never emailed them. It turns out that all of my sky emails are directed straight into junk or spam folders.
Anyone know why and is there anything I can do about it? With friends, of course they can set their own filters to ensure my emails are not junked, but for people I email to the first time, I have no way of knowing if my mails will be junked or not.
Please help!
