      Unhappy Internet Connection Not Working!

      I had the sky Bradband internet working yesterday, and it was fine.

      Today I tried to connect to the sky Bradband internet and it did not work.
      I know I have not changed any settings and all the Green lights that are supposed to be on the modem, are on.

      I'm Confused. Please help

      Sounds like you've got the same problem as me (and no doubt many others). Sky are working on it.

      I am having the same problem. I had a router working for one week, it stopped working, got another one sent to me and I cannot connect to the internet. Logged on to the router and did a sky test got Error Code 300.

      The solution to the Error Code 300 can only be resolved by third line tier, and it only takes a few seconds. As 1st and 2nd line will try not to connect you to third line, insist nicely and you will be transferred, I also wrote to Mr Murdoch and hey...

      Having accessed your account today I note that you have also been in contact with other departments within Sky. They have added text to your account to say they have informed you of a resolution to your non-connection issues. They have also add ed a credit to your account to the value of 24.19. I trust this meets with your satisfaction.

      If you are continu ing to experience technical difficulties, please reply to this email or call us on 08705 515 515. Lines are open 24 hours a day.

      Hi there, been trying to upgrade the sky router. and stumbled across this site(never heard of it before). read that i cant upgrade the sky router?
      my situation is that every so often i have to reboot my entire system just to connect to the net. what should i be checking.
