      Checking progress via BT

      Hi there,

      I've noticed many people check the progress of their orders via the BT website.

      I can't remember the process of doing this - could someone post it here?

      I think it's something a lot of people would like to do, so maybe the procedure should be pinned somewhere in the forums.

      Hi

      You will need to register your name etc and then check for your order status, there was this info in a sticky somewhere, will find it and make sure it is up to date.

      Oh dear...I ordered on Monday and nothing has shown up on the BT site at all

      It may take a few days. I ordered on 10th Feb and nothing appeared on BT's order tracker until 14th Feb. Granted that 10th Feb was a Saturday so order was not processed until Monday 12th Feb.

      Is this what the BT tracker should show(?):

      PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN
      CEASE BT IPSTREAM MAX

      Really odd but the date on the order on tracker says 24th Jan 2007 :S I only ordered Sky BB on 19th Feb...

      It says the order is complete.

      Dammit that means nothing has changed since I ordered on Monday grr!

      All I've got is a letter that says I'll be activated in 10-15 days.

      Well I am on the connect package at 5 a month until they upgrade my exchange in may I believe I was told!

      Here is my order to BT:

      PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0
      PROVIDE PROVIDE SMPF 1 0.0 0.0

      My exchange does not even have LLU according to samknows.com!
