      Should I envisage problems?

Hi I have just spent an hour with Sky!

I have ordered Broad band and provided them with a MAC code but when I look at the link to see what ordersa re on the BT system I have noticed one from 26 Jan 07 as follows

      Items in this order
Description Product name Quantity Cost Rental
PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE BT IPSTREAM MAX 1 0.0 0.0

Considering the ISP I am moving away from (NAMESCO) don't do LLU why is this showing on my line? Will this cause my MAC to be refused?

My parent s(with the same ISP) have the same and according to Samknows their exchange doesn't have any LLU!

Oh well never understood the BT system anyway.

So just to confirm, although that was back in JAN I am still on the "BT side of things" and transferring to sky shouldn't be a problem?

      Re: Should I envisage problems?

Sorry to tell you that order has failed by the looks of it. Same day completion never a good sign.

Do a search for LNB and look at his profile, he has a number for Service Recovery Team, they should help.

      The order can't have failed.

It says 26January, I only processed it today.

      I am seriously confused!

In fact at 9.30pm tonight, BT can't be that quick!

      Re: Should I envisage problems?

When mine was first posted on BT site it was the day before I applied.

Wait 24 hours to see if a new order appears, but to me that has failed, mine failed within about 4 hours of placing it.
