Conneccted to Sky yesterday after alot of chasing up, running round and ringing up but got there in the end after being without a router for a week after they cut me off from my previous ISP (AOL).
Could someone out there please give me some advice on my line speed if i provide the relevant stats? On AOL i was on 2mb download speed. I'm now on the Sky Max package but if anything my speed is worse by about half a megabyte. Is this the best i'm going to get?
Many thanks in advance.
