Hmmm, that's a bit weird. Just make sure that the cease order has been cancelled. You might get switched over to BE and then BT still cut your line on the original cease date.

I saw that happen when I was with AOL. A few times when customers migrated to us BT still ceased the line because a cease date was given and then not cancelled when the MAC was requested.

      Re: Sky MAC???

Just noticed this in my BT account:

      Order reference HNX589LC
      Placed 01 Mar 2007
      Description CHANGE
      Appointment No date yet
      Date due 12 Mar 2007
      Status In progress
      Last update 04 Mar 2007
Notes Your order is in progress.

PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0
      PROVIDE PROVIDE SMPF - SMPF EXISTS 1 0.0 0.0

This must be the change over to BE as BE said I would be activated on the 12th. There is nothing in there about a cease order though.

      Re: Sky MAC???

Looks ok to me. As far as I remember if there's a cease due on the line it will clearly say so. The most common one that we saw was PSTN Cease, which meant that BT had ceased the line from their end either for non-payment or for cancellation.
