I have to agree with angstmann, while the email is very polite there is no real reason for the hold up. My exchange was unbundled on 2nd November 2006 and if I remember correctly the initial buff I read before signing up clearly stated that as soon as the exchange comes onto the Sky Network you will be switched over asap. Clearly 4 months is not straight away and I too have had the you will have a long downtime if we do it manually.

Although I am only paying 5 per month I was told this would only be for 6 months and then it would go back up, this had better not happen if I ain't been moved over.

The other thing is they will probably come up with the excuse that there is no capacity left on the Sky Kit at the exchange, then we will be back to sqaure 1, I am fed up with the traffic shaping on Connect, let me have Sky Mid please......

How long after requesting your upgrade did the order show up on BT Tracker? I requested this (after a few unsuccessful runs) on Friday ans was advised it can take up to 30 days for the switch over.... nothing showing on Tracker so far

For me personally I order it on the 26thFeb and took a few days for it to show on the bt tracker. By the 7th March I was transferred over, as there was a weeks delay because of BT.
