Moved from 8 meg BT home hub which was only 500kbps download. Strange that my old BT 2meg gave 2 meg but after upgrade & spending hours on the phone to BT 'helpline' in India to sort it out I called it a day & joined Sky. The most frustrating sequence of calls I ever had the misfortune to endure. A shame as BTs old helpdesk were great. Hope Sky are better if I ever need to call them!. No problems so far..
