      Smile Help with SKY broadband

3 things I need help with, I was activated on Monday 12th Feb:

      1. How do I get the best speed for my router.
      2. I have tried to access the wireless rouer with a laptop, but it keeps asking me for an WEP encryption key.
      3. Finally, I have got outlook express up and running, but I don't receive all my email when I click on receive all, about an hour later, the emails come in dated the previous day
