Well im out of it tomorrow i must have the same worm,at times its ok other times i have had better on 56k.
when sky sort this out they can reeconnect me, but atm its poor and not worth all this hassle.
I had a feeling it might bite me on the bum, thanks alot but no thanks,get it sorted and i may return.
i know its nothing todo with this website these guys try to help and good luck to them
You are doing sky's job and sky should be ashamed, you deserve all credit, i cant cope with web pages taking 5 mins to load up at so called peak times.
Its not on and poor.

Spoke to Tier3...
They spoke some [censored] about my line not being up, before realising she was looking at the wrong account...Oops then the entire system crashed....and within a minute she then said that their broadband checker states that I can only get 5MB download and that's why i'm on g-dmt. If I was getting 8MB she would put me on ADSL2+. However she cannot recommend me for ADSL2+ especially as my connection goes through a number of modems and that determines my speed....
Just for the record her name was Jamie!
I gave up and I'm now cancelled... Thank God I did not cancel BE!!!
