      Activation where?

I am having trouble getting activated . Keep ringing and getting one reason after another. Router arrived bank holiday Sunday. Now saying it is bt with a tie parr problem.

I live in Leeds and thought it would be a good idea if people say which town they are from only when activated. This will give us an idea of activation across the country. I am worried that this could go on for ages. Complained about not informing customers that even though router arriving will not get activation so what was point of engineer coming.

Anyway heres hoping that this will sort itself out as reasons for non activations have changed over the period. Can people say how long from router arriving they recieved their activation

If people wish to tell the whole forum where they are from there is an option in the User CP to add that and funny enough a lot of members do just that all you need to do to see where they are from is look at each users post or reply top right hand side under the post count and the date joined to see what I mean have a look at mine.

Good luck with your order, my router arrived 4 days after I placed mine and activation is due for the 7th.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
