I'm having similar problems but strangely my email works ok via outlook but I can't get web access. I've changed the micro filter which seemed to cue things for a couple of days but now the router locks up nearly every day.

Also i think the main part is below

      (1) UPnP is broke - don't use it - it can cause your router to loose connection with your wireless clients.

      Not just wireless i think!

      Re: Router keeps need rebooting!

I've been having this problem on and off for a couple of months...some days it's really bad i.e virtually no connection to internet...then other days intermittent loss of connection...part of the day or even all day... and then sometimes a day or so of good connection..!

      It is driving me crazy!

      I wish I had a solution for you, but I haven't.

I've tried all the advice from the forum...but bottom line, it does not cure!

Is it worth trying a new router and if so any recommendations from the other forum members?

      Many thanks

      Stephen

Hi Bulldog, Mine isn,t wireless but the bit from below i have taken the tick out of UPnP and up to now all seems ok and my speed is ok. If it does it again i will be on to Sky for a new router.

I will try it in the morning now i think i cant even get the page to load up atm, and im in a bad mood no
Its not the right frame of mind to go tinkering
just to add surely these are Sky's problems and they should fix them, they need to review the modem of choice and the firmware imho
