      I am so angry now im back to slow speeds constant reboots its not good and everything i have read on this forum regarding tickets tier 1 to 3 ect, i am now serously think ive mad a bad mistake and should cancel.
      I know people from sky post on this forum are they workin on the software and equitment ?
      Again tonight i have had enought, my old isp was constant and stable this is a shambles atm.

      BTW before anyone says it this is not my problem sky offer to provide a service that service is poor, reading this forum tec support is poor and costs an arm and a leg.
      I'm fed up and gutted, and disapointed i hope they sort it but soon, its not good

      I understand the way you feel Bulldog, I have rebooted and i am downloading at 408kbps so quite pleased. BUT and it is a big BUT, How often do we have to post on here. I think we need to start another post asking if Sky are doing anything about this problem. Would you like to do that i will follow.

      I cant even do a speed test or try annother website, its so bad ive had enough now.
      Why did i ever change copy paste just incase
