Smile Can I get some money off on Sky TV?

Has anyone tried getting anything out of Sky for not getting connected straight away?

I was due to be connected in early October which didnt happen. In the end after over 40 phone calls to check the status and chasing up I was connected in mid January.

Is it worth me trying to milk it and get some money off my Sky TV package? I cant get any money off my Sky Broadband as I already have the free Base package.

As anyone had any luck in doing something similar or should I not bother wasting my time with any more phone calls to Sky?

      Cheers

Ring them up and speak to CS, they don't bite, and maybe will credit you a month of TV for your inconvenience.

Don't argue with them though, hold your cool and you may win.

if u are not connected, then its actually best to wait till u are then look for a credit to your account, rather than calling in every cpl of weeks to get a fiver or so onto your account.

If you moan about your telephone bill you may get a refund.
