      I have spoken to Sky and they say I'm now on the max package. Can anyone else who has gone from connect to base/mid/max confirm that the following from the order tracker means that this is the case? I have been lied to by sky many, many times and have more trust for the good folk on this forum. cheers

      i have a PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN on 14thfeb
      and CEASE (ADSL) BT IPSTREAM HOME on 19th feb
      does that look ok?
