      may go back to mid

      ok it looks like i can only get 4 to 5mb and i am on the max account 10

      can any body tell me that had the max account and went back to the mid account did sky charge you anything


      because i had the router free and free install so will sky charge me if i ask to be put on the mid 5 package

      Didn't charge me a thing, They told me before sign up I could get max, turned out could only get 7 meg on line so they switched me to mid for zero pounds...

      If you post your detailed router stats you will be able to see if Sky have actually put you onto ADSL2+ and not kept you on the ADSL1 line as this is what that seem to be doing with a lot of people.
