No Letter Advising of my LLU

Checked BT Tracker and this appeared, from the 6th Feb. I was previously on Sky Connect.

      Items in this order
Description Product name Quantity Cost Rental
PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE BT IPSTREAM MAX 1 0.0 0.0

The order was completed on the 6th Feb. I've not had any letter advising that my Exchange was even LLU'd (not even in Sam Knows). I don't even know what package I'm on anymore.

Does anyone know what they would have put me on by default?

      P.S shouldn't I be getting a better upstream? I'm only getting 448K.

      Hello,

I've had exactly the same as you, an order for LLU line share PSTN and cease on BT IPstream max, this was completed on friday - 7th Feb.

It's weird cause I'm supposed to be on connect, which was previously connecting at 8128 kbps, now connecting at 8096 kbps, not alot of difference I know, but it shows something has changed with my connection.

Does anyone know what this means? Does it mean we have been changed over onto Sky's network?

It does mean that we are now on Sky BB network, as we have now been LLU'd, which basically means you choose from Base, Mid, Max. However, I don't think you can downgrade.

I thought that LLU would increase my line speed (slighty), yet my up/down stream still seem to be the same. Are we capped?

Yeah I thought that too. I know looking at my stats I'm still on G.DMT capped at 8 meg.

I wonder how long it will be before they contact us, I def want to upgrade to 'Max'

Has anyone else had the same thing happen? Has anyone else actually upgraded from Connect to Max successfully?
