    Late activation...

      Well a month on and still no internet. Everytime i call up they say my exchange is down and they don't know when it will be fixed. What can i do?

      You guessed it. Still no activation. Sky are toying me around. Still the same excuse of the exchange being down.

      Well i get a mixed bag really. Two weeks ago i called and they said they were nearing a solution and i should be connected in 2 weeks time(today). I call today and i get "cabling issues, they are still working on it". I seem to get this every time i call, i just don't know what to do anymore. Is there anyone that works for sky here that can help me?
      When they check on the exchange status page(t1 and t3) there is no timescale on it at all(they say).

      What is it with SKY (or is it Easynet), they don't really bother about their customers. OK I can take it that they are having trouble with setting up their broadband service since thats their new service, but why don't they F****** call.

      still no internet and sky have given me no more updates at all. There is nothing at all i can do now. I would not recommend sky in a million years after this
