What speed will I geton connect.

I have been offered the 5 a month deal but it has taken me nearly 6 mths to get the speed that was predicted on my current broadband Max package.

When typing my number into the BT site it said, you are likely to get a max speed of 500k. As I am getting a speed of 1999k what will happen when I go to Sky.

Will the speed drop to this 500k or am i likely to keep the 1999k that i am now getting?
