      Just 2 queries :) (396Kbps)

Alright, I noticed this a few days ago but just thought it was because it connected, randomly, at a lower speed, obviously not. I'm on the Sky Broadband MAX package and previously had been connecting around the 6Mb mark with 786Kbps upload. Now its down to this?

      DownStream Connection Speed 5078 kbps
      UpStream Connection Speed 396 kbps

The download is fine but the upload seems to have been capped at 396 (I've rebooted the router plenty of times, and over the last 3 or 4 days this hasn't changed).

Anyone else had a problem like this or would I be best off phoning up Sky?

Oh, I see how it is

OK, I phone Sky today [freephone number, thanks to whoever posted it here first] and they asked me to go through the usual routine of swapping microfilters, using the master/test socket, etc. The guy said he was documenting all this down and they'll investigate and phone me back within 3-5 working days (They put me through to Level 3 (Tier 3?)).

Again, thanks for the help, even though you didn't reply directly here, hehe.
