      Tier 3 - 9 Days And Waiting

      I had a support ticket opened on 31st Jan regarding my drop in upload and download connection speeds and I'm still waiting for a call from Tier 3. I followed this up on the 7th and Tier 1 prioritised it and said I should get a call shortly. Well, I'm still waiting!

      Has anybody had a problem like this?

      I'm spending my third night this week trying to get through to tier 3, I have hold music but noone ever seems to answer the phone. I logged my call on the 2nd Feb and have been told to call back if tier 3 didn't call me within 48 hours.

      My patience is starting to grow thin though...

      tier 3 call backs are deff not 48 hours, tier 2 are about that but tier 3 are 5-7 days.
      if u not had call back for an intermittent connection and its well over the 5-7 days timescale, perhaps the ticket has been closed, have seen cases where ticket been created for intermittent connection and then we look at the line and its been "up" for 2 or 3 days, hardly an intermittent connection!!
