      Welcome Radion.
For package in your profile you should
tell us if you are on Connect or Mid or Max.

Are you sure the (i) light is green? (see Penrhyn's post below this.)

I read here a few days ago a user who said he left
his router on and was able to connect to the Internet
BEFORE the Sky activation date. He was on Connect.
I suggest you occasionally try by launching your browser.
      You might get lucky too.

      Re: green lights

Do you really mean all the lights?
I would expect that you would have power, wireless, an ethernet port (123 or 4)
If you have plugged into the phone line and you get the green internet light on then you have broadband on your telephone line.
This could be any broadband ISP, not necessarily SKY.

      Re: green lights

thanks for replys ,ye the green light could just be my pipex line,i am on the max package by the way,but i suppose its just worth firing the box up every day and see if i strike lucky, ive been lucky getting a router ,this was my 4th attempt at registering ,it was only down to a woman in customer relations who sorted all this out for me,after e mailing mr murdoch.
