      I leave mine on all the time so that the wife or kids can access the internet via wireless. Only had this router about 6 weeks.

      Previous ISP supplied Speedtouch router and that was left on almost permanently without any problems several years

      It would help if netgear had installed an on/off switch

      Mine has been one since last October when I was connected, don't have any reason to turn it off especially as it is suited in another room.
