Hi all! I recently ordered sky max and after a few hours I called to cancel and was assured that my order will not go through! 10 days later, guess what? my broadband stopped working with my old provider but I was able to use the sky router. So I called sky to see what was going on and it appears as if the cancellation was put thru the day the line was activated (very weird). So now my account says 'pending cancellation'. I tried to ask if I could keep sky as I would rather not keep switching but they now said that the cancellation has to go through after which I can reconnect within 72hours...Which is not very cool since I have to do this all over again! How come there isn't a way of stopping this so I can stay on sky now rather than having to reconnect?

Any advice appreciated!
