      Who to contact ?

      well i've hit a brick wall at the moment with getting sky connected as its at a stage where Sky's accounts or easynets accounts have got to remove my previous order then submit a new one.

      However i've now been waiting since last friday for sky to remove my old broadband account so they can then open a new one. Untill this is done i'm stuck.

      In total this has been going on since the 5th of January, So i'm trying to find out who I can contact to force/get sky/easynet's accounts department to remove my old account ASAP.

      Any ideas on numbers/emails/names I can contact to get this sorted quick as the service recovery team i've been in contact are just saying give it till then end of the week then if its not done move elsewhere

      yep there the ones i've been in contact with for around 2 weeks now and i've hit the wall as they are apparently waiting for some accounts be it sky or easynet to remove my old order untill they remove it they can't place another order with bt apparently. Nothing to do with BT they say just that they can't have to orders on their system .

      need someone above service recovery real to give this account department a kick up the **** so I can progress a new order.
