I hope someone can help me out, I ordered Sky Broadband on 24th Jan migrating from AOL. My AOL was cut off on Friday 2nd Feb but I have not received my router yet, I received my letter yesterday telling me I was activated on the 2nd. Called Sky to find out where my router is but I'm told it can take 5 days after activation ! Not much good when they have disconnected my old service ! The one thing that does worry me though is there is no order showing when I look on the BT page, is this correct or should I be worried. Also who is the best person to speak to to find out where my router has got to as I don't seem to be getting anywhere, I just keep getting passed from one person to another.
