      Logging on to router config uses 100%cpu help

      As soon as i put my username and password into the router config page the cpu jumps to 100% and pc goes potty and locks up.
      Loading file is displayed.
      the only way to cure is ctl,alt del!
      This has only happened tonight any ideas
