BT Tracker - what does this mean?

      Hi all,

I have just looked on the BT tracker to see if there is an order on and it says:

CEASE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE CEASE SMPF 1 0.0 0.0

      What does that mean?

      Thanks

Having looked into it a bit more am I correct in thinking this is just my old connection getting switched off?

However, this is the only order on my line; shouldn't I also have a 'provide' or will this appear shortly?

      Thanks

It is saying that there is an order to cease an LLU line so I hope your old provider is LLU if so then it will take a while for the order to place the new LLU line to show up

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

My old provider was Orange (although not LLUed). Spoke to Sky about it and they said everything had gone through and I have an activation date of the 12th. From searching the forum it seems the old provider gets cut off 3 days after activation so that would stack up.

Should I still see and order for Sky on the tracker - as yet it isn't there - do I need to worry?

      Thanks

Spoken to Sky again who have said my order has failed. However, bt inform me the order on my line is for a cease of my current provider of Orange. This means come the 15th Feb I will have no broadband (not happy about that)and should be free to join sky on the 16th. Does this sound about right?

      thanks
