      Interleaving/Fastpath

Basically wondering if anyone else has tried to be put on Fastpath recently? I play FPS games at a really high level and am sick of a 40ms ping when everyone else in the server has 23ms at worst. Ive rang on a couple of occasions and tier 3 have said under no circumstances can you be put on fastpath, yet ive read people on this site are on it. Anyone know of a way i can get put on it? If i cant get put on it i will likely migrate, its that big of an issue for me

      Re: Interleaving/Fastpath

As far as I know anyone on ADSL2+ is already on Fastpath I know I am

      Mode: ADSL2+
      Channel: Fast
      Trellis: U:ON /D:ON
      Line Status: No Defect
      Training Status: Showtime
      Down Up
      SNR (dB): 8.4 13.0
      Attn(dB): 25.0 11.8
      Pwr(dBm): 0.0 12.6
      Max(Kbps): 16328 864
      Rate (Kbps): 15323 764
      Ray

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Re: Interleaving/Fastpath

I am on the max account and am on adsl1+ (due to distance from exchange ect).

I am on fast path. I asked to be switched and a nice chap at tier 3 put me on fast path. I made the im a gamer and i need as low a ping as possible. It seemed to have worked for me. I did also say that i know that being on fast would make my connection a little less stable but i was fine with that and i would undertake thos risks. I used to get 40/45ms on jolt.co.uk Q3 servers. I now get 19/20 on the same servers.

My connection is less stable and have about one drop out every one or two days. But thats livable as i have a 20ms ping.
