just so you all know what to expect when you leave orange:

they promised me 3 months credit and assured me it will be processed on the 1st of may but i got a feeling they're billing me again for May since my bank confirmed there hasn't been any credit to my account.

Be very careful with them. When I left I owed them nothing (in fact they owed me a credit but I'd given up on that). I didn't trust them not to debit my account again so I cancelled my direct debit. The consequence of this was that they later billed me in writing for subscription unpaid and A FINE for not having paid it.

Orange are "absolute crooks" which is what I wrote on the cheque I sent to finally get rid of them!
