      Your fired cpl Jones

      @Lawman

      Well my activation date in the letter was 31st Aug and when I checked the BT site it showed nothing with regard to new orders until the 31st then it showed that the order was place by Sky on the 31st for activation on the 7th so I am guessing the same may happen to you?

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Yes, I don't know how quick the BT order checker is. I would guess it takes 2 or so days for it to appear, but I don't have any real way to check that.

      Its fast once the order has been placed with them as far as I can tell its all down to when Sky actually pace it, mine showed nothing new until my supposed activation date 31st Aug then it showed that the order was place by Sky that very day.

      Made call to Sky today with bated breath, just to check how things were progressing,
      It seems.. *fingers crossed*.. all is progressing fine, activation date is still... *now crossing legs as well*.. 7th Sept,
      I did enquire if the Router had been sent yet, but he had no information on that,... *uh-ho* ...but! he said he will chase that up, and phone me.... *sigh of relieve*
