Well did the online fault test on BT's website, told to phone 151 so did and it said there was a fault so had to select ring back, spoke to a guy that said have you tried your test socket to which I replied yes, he said if an engineer comes out and it was my equipment the call out would be 99 then 88 there after so am going to test both master socket and test socket, but have to admit alot of line noise either way but will double check just in case.

Well Monday letter number 3 was sent to Sky about my BB service and I hope to get something done this time as something with my speed is not right and needs sorting.

Re: Everythings Been Fine Until Today

      Update:

Sent an email 11th March warning them of a letter that is being sent to them so hopefully they pull thier finger out, got a reply to the email 15th March and was told I'd get a phonecall within the next 72 hours, got a phonecall yesterday but unfortunately was at work but they were told to phone today or tomorrow went on this morning and the stats now are:
      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 14332 kbps 764 kbps
Line Attenuation 28.0 db 15.5 db
Noise Margin 7.6 db 12.5 db

so am a happy bunny that something like an email and letter makes a difference I hope they do ring so I can find out what the problem/fix was.
