      Angry password

      Why after nearly 3 months have i not received my password. Have been intouch with sky 4 times and they say they will send it out, still nothing.

      I take it you dont have access to MySky on the main sky.com website?

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Hello Ray. No i can't get into sky page. They sent my username but no password, they seem to be ignoring all requests.

      You could try this Forgotten Password it should help you reset your password and that will then filter down to the SkyBB Portal.

      You could try registering a new account on sky.com using your viewing card number if there is an account already in existence then it will tell you, if so go down the forgotten password route.

      Tried forgotten password Ray, just got cannot complete transaction. Wonder if my user name is valid.

      Try the suggestion that Koala5 made then just in case they never created a MySky account for you when you registered.

      Hi Koala. Tried sky.com, put name dob and place of birth but comes up not registered. i don't know how this is as i have been a sky subscriber for 6 years.

      Just because you are subscribing to Sky TV it dosen't mean that you are registered on Sky.com I had to register myself. I believe that when you open a broadband account if you are not registered already then they may set it up for you and send you a password. But it dosen't sound like this has happened in your case. Try registering see what happens.
