A few questions before I change to Sky

      Hi.

I've lurked in this forum for a while now and I have read most of the compalints and also the success stories.

I have a few questions which I hope can be answered by a Yes or No, so here goes.

      1. If I sign up to the base package and pay my 40 and then cancel within the 8 days 'cos it's rubbish, do I get my 40 back?

      2. Can I use Outlook Express for Sky popmail.

      3. Can I send email from the Sky STMP when connected to another network? (ATT allows me to use the ASTMP.attglobal.net server which allows me to send email from Outlook Express when I'm on a Hotel network).

      4. Does the router have 4 ehternet ports?

      5. Do the P2P networks work?

      6. Although I don't download that much, can I go over the limit once in a while without being charged or cancelled.

      7. I am currently on NTL cable so I will keep the NTL to check all is well.
If Sky is rubbish, I can dump it and keep with NTL. How long would you recommend I keep the NTL running?

      Thanks for your help.

I don't think so call and ask them.
      2. Can I use Outlook Express for Sky popmail.
      Yes.

      No.
      4. Does the router have 4 ehternet ports?
      Yes.
      5. Do the P2P networks work?
Yes but since its only a 2gig limit not a good idea

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
