Re: Question about being moved from Connect to Max

I wrote an e-mail of complaint to Broaband Customer Services detailing all my problems since joining SKY BB. Two days later, the first response came and it was to point me to links showing the different BB products which had nothing to do with my complaints.

So I wrote again and CC'd it to James Murdoch. I've had two e-mails since, both offering apologies etc. The first said they would ask Provisions to call me within 48 hours - haven't been called. The second came this morning and said the office of James Murdoch had asked him (the BB person) to get in touch with me.

In this e-mail, he tells me that SKY has failed to move me from Connect to any other package and that's why they wanted me to keep calling them... hey, I did try!

He says my account will now be switched from the Max status (for which I have never actually received anyway) back to Connect. And from that point on I'll be paying 5 per month. But until that point, it's 17.
