    Sorry if this is a daft question....

    This is a discussion on Sorry if this is a daft question.... within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; ....but how does one find out if they're on ADSL2+? I've seen loads of threads about it, and don't know ...

      Sorry if this is a daft question....

      ....but how does one find out if they're on ADSL2+?

      I've seen loads of threads about it, and don't know if I am or not?

      I'm at Ewell exchange on Max, syncing around 4 & 5(+)mb, and get download speeds of 3, 4, 5 and occassionaly 600KBPS.

      (as a mac user I guess i could find out using Terminal, but don't know how to.

      There's stuff in the technical section that tells you how to find out all about your connection. Can't remember exact threads but search for something like g.dmt (the alternative to adsl2+) and I expect you'll find what you're after.
