      Broadband Activation Help

      Hi,

      I placed my order on the 15th Jan and received a letter to say it should be on by the 24th Jan.

      I have logged into my BT accout to view the order tracking status and there appear to be 2 items listed:

      FDZ2**** 15 Jan 2007 CHANGE 24 Jan 2007 24 Jan 2007
      FDY4**** 15 Jan 2007 CHANGE 29 Jan 2007 29 Jan 2007

      I checked this morning before leaving for work and it was still connected to my previous ISP.

      Is this normal to show 2 order numbers and does this mean it will be on around the 29th?

      If you look at the details you'll see that the later date is the ending of the previous service (CEASE) - you get a few days overlap. The activation will be on the earlier date.

      Try clicking on each one and paste what is listed but obviously remove any personal data before pasting.
