lol, seems like you in exactly the same boat as me.

i've been talking to service recover and they seem to be more helpful at least they come back to you. Anyways theve spoke to BT and there is a Cease order for next wednesday so there idea at the moment is to let that happen and they place another order and hopefuly with it being a clear line it won't have any problems but I could be without BB for 2 weeks .

Still no response from Nildram about this marker etc

Just checked any orders on the Bt checker and another new one is there now this time placed today for an LLU LINE SHARE PSTN Cease, so by the looks of this sky are also cancelling there line. however this is due for the 5th of feb.

So the Nildram one is going to be done for the 31st Jan then this is due for the 5th Feb. then it'll probably be another 10 days to get the Sky order completed again. So much for a smooth migration

      Re: Tech help please

CHAP failure is a logon failure to the sky radius server. Your router is set up correctly (as sky set it up for you) so either thay have not activated the account or BT have still got your line pointing at the old isp's radius server.

      To explain

username@radius is the username format but your line is pointed at a perticular radius server by BT.

e.g. on one setting after the @ will ever work at one time.

as such if you still have access to pipex then your line is connected to them.
