Quality of service compared to previous - Slightly worse due to maxing out line capability, but very happy with service as is

Quality of service compared to previous: speed is better in day time peak time not better than my 2mb apart from that very good

Quality of service compared to previous - Slightly worse due to trffic shaping on P2P, but happy with service now @£5 and I know max is due soon.

Sky Package - Mid
Speed - 5-7Meg dependant
Quality of service compared to previous - Better, both were/are reliable providers and generally the quality of service was good. Customer Service with Tiscali was poor however but then Sky's is hardly award winning.
