Quality of service compared to previous - Worse!!! I moved house, down the road really and was so gutted telewest were not in the new area. I had them for 3 years and I only had loss of service for 1 day the whole time. I never turned things off it was the best service ever. Telewest please roll out the the whole of the UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
