Quality of service compared to previous - Will let you know, only just connected

ISP - Nildram (now Tiscali owned)
Speed - Sync of 7meg then 6 meg and then 4 meg at the end. Speedtested 20k-100K max download speed
Monthly cost £29.99
Sky Package - Max
Speed - 8 Meg (7.2dB Noise Ratio) Speedtested at 790K download
QoS - Loads better, no throttling of connection so far.

Speed - approx 15MB

So far so good. Some minor teathing probs but generally thrilled at the speed increase and for the seamless transition from bad bt

Speed: 3.2meg at last test. (This on a line I was told could only support 1.5meg!)
QoS: Excellent so far.

Speed: Up to 4 meg
Monthly cost: It was part of mobile phone contract which was 35£ pcm
Sky Package: Max
Speed - approx 10 MB (still playing with the settings)

So far so good. I didnt like the fact it tooks so long to be activated. Also this business with routers is ridicilous. I have Belkin n1 router which i would like to use but i cant now.
