Something stinks here - Tie pairs again

Unbelievable . After tie pairs were fixed and "activated" and then Port problems, its back to tie pairs fault at BT exchange.

My question is what the bloomin heck were they doing past 5 months and gave me the news that they were "finally fixed" ?

Something stinks big time here now.

I should get a sympathy award for patience and someone who's waited (& been messed around) the longest.

yeah it sucks big time, I think half the time they just try and fob you off with any sort of excuse.

In my case sky have got next week (although I was promised it would be sorted this weekend) to get something done otherwise thieve lost me as i'll possibly be able to get free BB through plusnet after that but not before i'm got a few months free sky tv as i'm going to have an interesting time with customer service come monday afternoon.

But back to your situation, thieve never used the tie pares excuse with me yet although so far i've never had any excuse just it';; be done in x amount of days

      Hey, Sam.
How about creating an award for Sky and/or BT.
(If both are in the competition it might end in a tie.)

The award would be equivalent to the “Golden Raspberry”
given to the worst movies. Also known as The Razzies.
Home of the Golden Raspberry Award Foundation

      "The Murdocks"
      Category Suggestions:
      SkyLark.
      The Longest Wait.
      WISPA. (Worst ISP Awards).
      The Knotted Black Tie.
      Worst email system
      Worst portal to enter

I had to wait 3 weeks for BT to clear markers on my line.
3 weeks without BB nearly drove me nuts.
5 months - no way, even though...

My Sky BB Max is FRB.
      Fast, Reliable, Bargain.

      Hey Sam

Did you have any luck from that e mail address?
I hope you're getting plenty of credit added to your TV etc.

after 54 days of not being able to honour my connection at the guildford exchange, sky finally gave up on the tie pairs etc delay tactic and connected me to a working solution, i.e. someone who had cancelled!

      Hi Adder.

      In a nutshell NO.

The lady did call, Sympathised a lot and assured me this would be elevated as priority and somone would call. No such luck. Called Tier 3 today and a really boozy voice (must hv had a few pints yesterday till morning) answered half the time insinuating me whether my name has changed,or i might have moved addresses etc etc, or there is no long history about my case on their system, not even knowing who is dealing with BT to sort out this problem. Refused to connect me to a manager too. Just had to slam down my phone and let off steam elsewhere!

Went for walk in the cold !

my god I thought T3 would be the answer to my problem , but based on your experience today it doesn't sound too good.

Might try my luck with customer services tomorrow at least get some free tv for a bit while I wast more hours on the phone to support.

How long did it take you to get through to T3 support ?
