Yes everyone. Its beyond words. Abysmal customer support. They dont know their backsides from their frontsides and no one wants to take responsibility for this ineptitude.

Its more than tie pairs. Just fobbing off people. Something to do with their ordering department and their sub-contract with Easynet guys to go and do some work at a cost.

Ive travelled a lot and even in the third world, one doesnt get such appalling service(lack of) and attitude.
